Description
The Company Secretaries Act of the 1980 mentions that a ‘Company Secretary’ (CS) is a member of India’s Institute of Company Secretaries. For getting an ICSI membership, students will have to complete a intensive 3-level company secretary course. The CS has the main role in a company’s financial and legal management.
