Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions such as:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same order
  • Order not delivered due to confirmed system or processing error

Non-Refundable Cases

Digital Products (if applicable)

For digital products such as online courses, PDFs, or downloadable content, refunds are not applicable once the content has been accessed or delivered.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Customers may need to follow the return process (if applicable) after receiving the product.
